The shape a forum takes is dictated by the moderators and the admin. Tim hasn't been interested in administrating, and you haven't been interested in moderating things.

In fact the only substantive adminstrative action that occurred was one of convience for yourself. You balkanized the whole damn place. Beyond an obsession with catagorizing things into different sub-forums so you didn't have to see them you haven't done jack or shit to shape the board.

I think the real problem is that I didn't have my hand on the rudder at all. I had no desire to admin and Tim made me one because I asked for the forum in the first place. That's why I stepped out of the position and moved to moderator status. I think, also, that the decision to make some boards invisible was ill-conceived and too hard to implement properly. I kinda regret doing it.

But on the Moderation-side, all my boards (Awareness, Music, WoQE) are all run as pretty tight ships. The only reason WoQE ever gets to me, is no matter how much I get affected by what people say there, so far some really interesting points are been raised, despite the filth.
