Feel the quiet river rage

Sleep begins to drag me near. The world is still carrying along far faster than I. That I'll be able to catch up to it soon, to put some effort into life, it all currently rests with the sun. Hopefully the sun can help me tackle an ever-growing stack of late homework and impending project deadlines. School is, as always, School.

I felt my rage today. It was only a spark, but the feeling it brought me... like being in a microwave, burning and freezing at the same time. I hate everything. I love everyone. The difference is simply a matter of condition. So many people whose choices the world would be better off without. From textile slavery in El Salvador to sugar slavery in Brazil to xbox slavery in China to the homeless on downtown streets. Spite, hate, anger, and helplessness mask it all over.

Pretentious angst? Hardly. Just thoughts in a head fighting to understand reason. Lacking sleep or motivation. Frustrated by a thousand unrelated things and curious how it's all going to work out in the end.

Goodnight.
